Using LumaBelt
How long is each session?
Most people use LumaBelt for 10–20 minutes a day. Choose a 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30-minute timer and it switches off automatically.
What do the modes do?
LumaBelt has 4 light modes: 660nm red, 850nm near-infrared, both combined, and a pulse mode. Most people use combined. There are also 5 intensity levels.
Where can I wear it?
Lower back, waist, stomach, shoulders, knees and legs. The adjustable strap fits most body sizes. For best results the LEDs should face bare skin.
Does it get hot?
The LEDs give off a gentle warmth. Start on a lower intensity and work up. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
Can I use it without a wall outlet?
Yes. LumaBelt runs from the included US wall adapter or any USB power bank (power bank not included).

How long does delivery take?

Is LumaBelt a medical device?
No. LumaBelt is a wellness device for relaxation. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Who shouldn't use it?
Check with your doctor before use if you are pregnant, photosensitive, taking photosensitizing medication, or have a medical condition. Don't look directly into the LEDs.
