We want you to love your LumaBelt. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Conditions
- Please return the belt, controller and adapter.
- Items damaged through misuse are not eligible.
- Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged or defective items
If your LumaBelt arrives damaged or stops working within 60 days, contact us with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
