Where's my LumaBelt?
Every order ships free from our US warehouse. Here's what to expect:
- Order confirmed — you'll get a confirmation email right away.
- Processing (1–3 business days) — we prepare your LumaBelt for shipment.
- Shipped — you'll get a shipping email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
- Delivered — most orders arrive about 3–8 business days after shipping.
Track it now
Open the shipping confirmation email and click Track your order. You can also sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see your order status anytime.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, message us on our Contact page with your order number and we'll make it right.
